Brent had a pretty successful hunting season for 2008-2009 - didn't get the big buck, but he's still out there, waiting. . .maybe for next season. Wendell, our mini-weener (: had some hunting fun. He actually flushed a rabbit for Brent to get at Christmas, but here's Wendell chowing down on the deer leg's from one of his daddy's hunts in fall. Silly dog.
Any-hoo, turkey season is just around the corner in a few months. Maybe I'll get my first one this season. No luck last year.
Time is flying. Brent is half-way done with the residency, just another year and a half. Thank God!
